The range features a standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases, ensuring reliable and safe operation.The cooktop includes four 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron burners (Burner Option 1), each designed as a patented, one-piece, lifetime clog-free burner for optimal efficiency and reduced maintenance. This setup also offers a 5-burner configuration (Burner Option 5), combining two high-output Pyromax burners in the rear with three standard 33K burners in the front, delivering both power and flexibility for varied cooking tasks.Underneath the cooktop, the unit houses two convection ovens (Model A), each operating at 32,000 BTU NAT with standing pilots and a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The ovens offer a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14" high x 26" wide x 24" deep, equipped with three racks and five-position side rails for adaptable baking arrangements. A 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC motor powers the ovens, delivering high efficiency through a permanent split phase design, permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class "B" insulation.
